Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets

  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons cashew nuts
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
